Home Care Workers

 

Our Home Care Workers play a vital role in supporting elderly Australians to continue living in their own homes, while maintaining their independence and connection to their community.

You’ll be visiting our customers’ homes and looking after their basic needs, such as organising outings, cooking, pet care, cleaning, gardening and transportation. You may also help review care plans to understand their goals and needs, use an app to track important information and spot any hazards to ensure their safety.

Experienced

If you are experienced in the aged care sector with Cert III qualifications and looking for a career built around your lifestyle and commitments, then you’ve come to the right place.

Regular work hours are Monday-Friday, with weekend opportunities available and we work around school times. The more available hours you provide, the more work we can give you. We offer paid travel time and kilometres, discounts on MediBank Private health insurance and services at MyCar.

New to industry

You are passionate about caring for others in your community and want to help our customers live independent and fulfilling lives. You are caring, kind hearted and respectful. You will also have a current Australian Drivers Licence and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
